| Review: I bought this book last year, and for the most part, I like it. It provides new ideas for speedbuilding and is an easy read. However, as we all know, what works for one person does not work for another, so be prepared to read conflicting information. They are all successful reporters, but the methods they used to build speed could be something that someone told you NEVER to do! |
