GripMaster Finger Exerciser  
The only hand exerciser which strengthens and conditions each finger individually. Increases endurance, dexterity and control in the hand, fingers, and wrist. Originally invented for musicians to improve speed and dexterity, the GripMaster is a spring-loaded device with movable pads to isolate and strengthen each finger. Tension exerted is equal to 5 pounds per finger.

Review: This is an ideal way to build up the third and fourth fingers and to strengthen the less-dominate hand. I started out easy for the first few days and gradually built up. There are instructions and diagrams on exercises to help you. Just takes a few minutes each day.
